Jatin Chadha is a student at Mission San Jose High School in Fremont, CA. He is passionate about addressing the issue of economic inequality in communities by collaborating and working with non-profits and community organizations involved in this effort. Jatin is also the founder and president of the Investment Club at his school that educates members about investing basics, impact investing, promotes youth financial literacy, and helps the underprivileged through volunteer work in partnership with local community organizations such as Fremont Family Resource center and SparkPoint. Jatin has worked as a research intern for BAIII since 2018.

Taarika Gopinath is an undergraduate student, studying Finance & Accounting at George Washington University in Washington DC, and is originally from the Bay Area. She is passionate about community building and working towards economic and social equity, so that is why she is extremely proud to be working for the BAIII. Taarika hopes to venture into traditional banking and/or financial development professional opportunities in her future ventures.
